• Full refund provided for cancellations made 2 or more days before scheduled tour date • For cancellations within this timeframe, only transaction charges will be deducted • No refunds available for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel date
No-Show Policy
• Customers who fail to attend their scheduled tour without prior notification will not qualify for any refund
Refund Processing
• All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from cancellation date • Actual receipt of funds may require additional time depending on your payment method
Tour Modifications
• Changes to tour date or time require minimum 10-day advance notice • All modifications are subject to availability
Force Majeure
• The company is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control • In events of force majeure, we will endeavor to arrange alternatives or process refunds when possible
